Dr. Eleanor Phifer, Pastor and Founder. Answered the voice of God, the call to ministry in 1971. The Anointing, and the Impartation of Healing, Deliverance, and Casting Out Demons dwells within. She continued her education at College, Theological Seminaries, School For Prophetic Training, Conferences, Workshops, and Evangelistic training. To declare and qualify the thirsty compassion in her heart; Natural and Spiritual. She's the recipient of Diplomas, Awards, and Certificates. For Outstanding support in the Communities, for Initiating Activities, and Outreach Ministries both local and National. Also worked with over (500) five hundred youthful souls at COGIC HEADQUARTERS, MEMPHIS TN. In the late seventies as Assistant State Evangelist of the State Sunshine Band. Where many confessed Christ, and were filled with the Holy Ghost in service.
